We’re building an elite team of Sales Consultants representing solar, windows & doors, and roofing. You’ll give homeowners complete, integrated solutions that make their homes smarter, safer, and more efficient—all while building a rewarding career with no limits.

What You’ll Do

- Generate leads through direct residential outreach (door-to-door).

- Deliver persuasive in-home presentations that excite homeowners about solar, windows, and roofing upgrades.

- Guide customers from first conversation to signed agreement with confidence and care.

- Communicate real value, overcome objections, and close deals with integrity.

- Represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement teams in the state.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
