Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role ensures smooth internal operations, contributes to customer satisfaction, and supports the overall sales process.

Duties

•

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

•

Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.

•

Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product availability in the CRM system.

•

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

•

Support the sales team by generating reports, maintaining sales documentation, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

•

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales materials.

•

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues.

•

Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute promotional materials and assist in campaign tracking.

•

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for product restocking.

•

Provide administrative support for special sales projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

•

- 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

•

Strong phone presence and experience handling several calls per day.

•

Experience working with CMS/Epicor software.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

Strong listening and soft skills.

•

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

•

University/College degree or equivalent.

•

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

•

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
