Customer Service/Clerk - Fort Lauderdale
Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated, hard workers who love people. If selected, your main responsibility will be to receive and process online inquiries and inbound calls to help members of the public with finding the most efficient and environmentally friendly ways to get to work. Don’t worry, when we finish training you (paid training), you will be an expert at it. You will be working under minimal supervision within flexible schedules carrying out the following activities with excellence:
•Receiving and processing online requests and in-bound phone calls
•Answering questions regarding transportation services
•Making suggestions based on the individual's needs
•Processing registrations and entering information into a computer database
•Returning phone calls, emails and US mail
•Other duties, as assigned

•Thorough understanding of MS Windows and MS Office

Minimum Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
