We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

•Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
Skills
•Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is a plus.
