Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing
Summary: The Sales & Marketing Assistant role is ideal for an individual with a background in graphic design and digital marketing, who also possesses the technical aptitude for basic web management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our digital assets.
· Design and produce engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
· Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and external e-commerce customers.
· Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
· Perform routine updates, content changes, and maintenance on the company website in conjunction with our Marketing Agency.
· Coordinate and implement design adjustments and minor functional enhancements to the website as needed.
· Collaborate with external developers for more complex website projects when necessary.
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
· Prepare marketing materials and presentations for sales teams.
· Support sales efforts by creating compelling visual aids and collateral.
· Help track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
· Proficiently use all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various tasks, including data management, reporting, and communication.
· Other relevant duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
· Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
· Experience in a marketing assistant or similar role, with an understanding of digital marketing principles.
· Ability to support sales teams with marketing collateral and presentations.
· Exceptional proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
