AEC is looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual to manage daily office administrative and social media tasks at our Burnaby location. The ideal candidate is thorough, careful and has the ability to multi-task.
- General office duties:
- Make and answer calls to inquire about information and/or follow up with status.
- Use company ERP system to manage daily operation tasks such as:
- Create quotation, invoicing, CRM , etc
- Support to form company marketing strategy, include but not limited to:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Manage social media / website content and updates
- Establish budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
