Description
Join our team in Akron! We are seeking a DEF Salesperson who is motivated, driven, excellent at multitasking, and reaching for success.
Responsibilities
•Meet a daily requirement of cold calls
•Provide exceptional customer service and maintenance for new and existing customers
•Ensure customer accounts remain active and up to date with regular follow-ups
•Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
•Set up follow-up appointments to keep customers and potential customers informed of the latest developments and offerings
•Perform analysis to identify and re-engage inactive customers
•Answer inbound calls and assist with customer needs
•Attentive to customer requests and emails, while maintaining timely responses
•Set appointments with potential customers & travel to meet with decision makers in hopes of closing deals
•Make detailed notes in Fleet Seek regarding calls and appointments
•Attend and participate in work events and trade shows
Qualifications
•Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
•Able to work diligently to achieve our growth
•Strong ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Highly organized, goal and detail-oriented, and eager to meet deadlines
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
•Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
Working Hours
•Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
