Here at Superior Roof System we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for business development. You will leverage your expertise in account management and technical sales to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
•Your responsibilities include:
•Prospect new lead opportunities by researching and analyzing the market and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
•Building relationships by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.
•Run sales appointments generated by the company and self-generated leads.
•Communicate directly with building owners, property managers & project managers of GCs to review scopes of work, price and submit change orders, discuss project details throughout
•Explain products and services, explain the features and benefits of products to help customers make purchasing decisions.
•Close deals by presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and securing sales
•Perform roof inspections, pre-bid walks, takeoffs and estimates for roof replacements, layover, and new installs.
•Create and present proposals to building owners, property managers and GC’s.
•Assemble submittals for sold jobs (each his/her own), this task may be a collaborative effort with the administrator.
•Assure material orders are accurate for sold jobs so superintendents can order them.
•Participate in pre-construction meetings leading up to the start of a project.
•Invoice in progress/completed jobs as needed (each his/her own). This will be reviewing and approving rather than creating the invoice.
•Review company cam and other final completion documents to ensure scope of work has been completed per contract.
•Review Close out documents for projects assembled by administrator before sent to customer.
•Review Schedules of projects with site superintendent and ensure project is completed on time and on budget.
•Maintain Client Relations for potential 5-star review. Ask for reviews at job completion so we can continue to improve our Google website presence and ranking.

Work Schedule:
•In the field on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
•In office on Wednesday and Friday (meeting days)
•All Days need to be flexible to accommodate timing with clients and project schedule.
•45 – 50 hrs. a week as needed
Compensation:
•Estimated Range of 1st year: $110,000-$130,000 OTE
•50/50 Split, $65,000 Base Plus Commission
•A truck allowance of $500 per month will be provided.
•A fuel card will be provided to cover one tank of fuel per week for company business.
