We’re growing and looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team and help guide our clients through the journey of building their dream structures.
Job Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients. This role is all about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and managing the sales process from first contact through contract signing. You’ll work directly with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and client experience — no cold calling or high-pressure selling, just professionalism, trust, and consistent follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage inbound leads and client communication
•Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility
•Develop accurate quotes and guide clients through contract signing
•Collaborate with drafting, permitting, and project management teams
•Educate clients on additional features (interior finishes, accessories, etc.)
•Maintain sales records and updates using internal tools (e.g., Buildertrend)
•Ensure timely, clear follow-up and a smooth client experience
What We’re Looking For
•Experience in construction sales, estimating, or account management (preferred)
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
•Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
•Familiarity with post-frame or residential construction is a plus
•Customer-first mindset and collaborative attitude
