high-performing sales closer
who thrives on commission, performs under pressure, and is hungry to build a long-term income stream in a booming industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
•Close deals from company-generated leads
•Proactively generate your own pipeline through cold calls, door-to-door, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and partnerships
•Present and sell energy solutions with a consultative approach
•Manage your pipeline in CRM and stay accountable to performance metrics
•Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
•A driven, self-motivated sales closer with an entrepreneurial mindset
•Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and close deals independently
•Coachable, disciplined, and highly accountable
•Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written)
•Experience in solar, home improvement, or commission-based sales is a plus
Qualifications:
•2+ years of direct sales experience preferred
•Experience in door-to-door, phone, or B2C/B2B outbound sales
•Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
