Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Subcontractor Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive subcontractor safety program for MasTec West. This role ensures that all subcontractors consistently comply with our company’s safety standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall safety and compliance of our operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust safety protocols for subcontractors that meet or exceed organizational expectations and industry standards. This position requires continuous monitoring, auditing, and improvement of subcontractor safety performance, fostering a safety-first mindset throughout every stage of subcontracted work.
