This role requires proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of data collection and order entry processes.

A Day In The Life
•Initiate Workers’ Compensation claims, including all associated administration in support of the claim lifecycle. Work with Safety Managers, third-party insurance agents, CSUSA Workers’ compensation specialists, and others to resolve manage and claims.
•Support Safety Director, Safety Manager, and Company Managers in processing Fit for Duty assessments.
•Proofread, edit, and draft documents, PowerPoints, spreadsheets, etc.
•Build and maintain reports (Monthly Safety Metric, medallion, OSHA 300, etc.).
•Coordinate orientations, meetings, training, and other events.
•Maintain records and administer safety department programs and/or benefits (eyewear, etc.).
•Administer Incident Investigation Docu-sign Acknowledgements.
•Coordinate and/or administer post incident screenings and associated follow up.
•Administration of Workday learning management system for Safety Managers.
You Should Have
•Minimum of five years’ professional administration experience.
•Bilingual (Spanish) - preferred but not required
•Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
•Proofreading and editing skills (i.e., grammar, usage, and spelling).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and business applications and other software.
•Strong organizational and administrative skills.
