In this job, you’ll be responsible for developing outreach strategy plans to engage employees and leaders in safety initiatives and programs, in alignment with Edison Safety mission and vision to eliminate serious injuries and fatalities. As program safety senior advisor, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. This role will lead the strategy for Edison Safety to standardize efforts ensuring areas of focus, such as program and presentation delivery, are consistent across department teams. This includes oversight for refreshing the Safety Portal site, the CraftComm mobile app for field employees, and reviewing and approving incident learnings in the Weekly Incident Report.

This role will also manage the safety strategy for high-visibility safety response, outreach and messaging, and will coordinate safety program plan development with project teams across the department and Company.
