Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Administrator to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our safety programs and initiatives. This role ensures compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and other regulatory requirements by maintaining records, coordinating safety training, assisting with audits, and supporting the overall safety culture of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and organize safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, SDS sheets, and safety policies.
•Assist in the preparation and delivery of safety training sessions and materials.
•Track safety certifications, license renewals, and training requirements for all employees.
•Coordinate with supervisors and department heads to ensure timely completion of safety programs and compliance requirements.
•Support accident investigations by collecting documentation, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring corrective actions are documented and implemented.
•Monitor and maintain safety equipment inventory and first aid supplies.
•Assist with safety audits, inspections, and walkthroughs; document findings and support follow-up activities.
•Help maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory agencies.
•Prepare and distribute safety communications, bulletins, and newsletters.
•Promote a culture of safety by supporting initiatives, campaigns, and employee engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
•2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a safety or compliance-related role.
•Working knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Strong organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
•Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required.
•May involve visits to job sites or field offices, requiring appropriate PPE and adherence to safety procedures.

•Office setting with occasional exposure to industrial or field environments.
•Fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment.
