At Vallourec, we are seeking individuals whose passion and dedication match the strength and resilience of the steel we produce. As a Safety Intern, you will support our Health, Safety, Security, and Environment team (HSSE) in fostering a safe, compliant, and continuously improving workplace.
- Assist with safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
- Help maintain and update safety documentation, training records, and compliance reports.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with developing and delivering safety training materials.
- Perform data entry and analysis related to safety metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with team members on special HSSE projects.
We’re looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Previous internship or coursework in safety.
