Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead workplace safety efforts across our facilities. If you're passionate about safety, compliance, and creating a culture of care, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and manage EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR, and state regulations
•Conduct routine safety inspections and audits
•Deliver engaging training to promote safety awareness and compliance
•Lead investigations and implement corrective actions following incidents
•Maintain required documentation and submit environmental reports
•Support emergency preparedness plans and procedures
•Perform risk assessments and hazard analysis
•Collaborate with all departments and union groups to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
Experience:
•4–7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
•Recent graduates with a strong academic background will also be considered
Skills & Knowledge:
•Strong understanding of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards
•Familiarity with EPA and DNR reporting requirements
•Knowledge of Wisconsin Workers’ Compensation regulations
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Requirements:
•Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Work Schedule
•Full-time, in-person position
•Standard schedule: 9-hour days on 1st shift
•Occasional 3rd shift coverage required for training or safety observations
•Flexibility is essential to effectively support both shifts
