Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shift, some weekends required

Job Overview
As a Safety Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring workplace safety across our construction and operational sites. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will be instrumental in upholding our safety culture through policy enforcement, training, audits, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•Enforce company safety plans and procedures.
•Maintain and update safety policies and documentation.
•Manage safety records for both construction and operations.
•Conduct internal safety training, including heavy equipment certification.
•Lead safety meetings and perform on-site safety inspections (travel up to 75%).
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety preferred; related experience will be considered.
•1+ year of EHS experience preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Certifications Preferred:
+ Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
+ 40-hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Certification
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Solid knowledge of Federal, State, and OSHA safety standards.
•Strong leadership and multi-tasking capabilities.
•Background in oil & gas or manufacturing environments preferred.
