The Role we are hiring for:

We are looking for a Production Site Manager to join us at Adam Vaillancourt Roofing.

This person will supervise a crew and play an integral part in every stage of roofing installations or repairs. They will complete projects on time and within budget, while making sure that the roofing teams work in safe conditions. To carry out their duties, roofing Production Site Managers require skills and experience in supervision, costing, and project planning, in addition to excellent knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.

The Requirements needed:

•

You have technical knowledge and 3-5 years of experience with asphalt shingle roofing

•

You understand the roofing process and can effectively train, coach, and mentor others

•

You can follow plans, but are confident in adapting and improvising as needed

•

You are efficient with your time and managing crews to meet deadlines
