Construction Project Manager

Faze is a fast growing roofing and construction company. We install and repair roofs, gutters and siding as well as work closely with insurance companies to ensure coverage of damages and repairs for our clients.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced project manager to join our amazing team. A project manager is required to ensure the company doubles revenue, ensures the company meets the target profit margin, and can guarantee 100% job satisfaction, and on-time deliveries and service.

This includes but is not limited to the following:

•

Communicates clearly with Subs, Vendors, and Clients

•

Has extensive experience with roofing siding and gutters, ordering material, scheduling jobs, and estimating

•

Someone who has very high quality of standards and processes

•

Someone who knows inventory numbers with 100% accuracy and knows scheduling with 100% accuracy

•

Follows and improves process to streamline service

•

Manages a CRM and has a vast network of subs and vendors in city

•

Can negotiates with Subs, Vendors and Suppliers for the best rate

•

Evaluates, supervises and ensures 100% quality work and process on job site

•

Can negotiates price and manage and meet deadlines for materials selection and delivery for all parties

•

Can negotiate terms with insurance companies and has extensive knowledge in reading and understanding Xactimate

•

Produces 100% job satisfaction and can meet deadlines and quotas

•

Ability to manage and balance multiple jobs in one day and treat each customer as if they are the only client

•

Expert in increasing revenues and maintaining a healthy margin

•

Guarantees on-time delivery/deadlines and 100% quality service

We offer a base pay depending on experience and bonuses

Experience with sales and insurance claim processes is preferred. It is also preferred if you have basic roofing, gutter, siding and construction experience/knowledge.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
