As a Service Manager, you will play a vital part alongside the roofing manager/team. Utilizing core skills in leadership and roofing to execute roofing projects efficiently. With relevant skills in roofing site work, and various roofing tasks, you will contribute to the successful completion of roofing projects. In addition, as a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing service operations, including managing a team of service technicians when needed, coordinating service projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Most importantly you will ensure that jobs are adhered to all company protocol, project policies, accounting procedures, and other duties as assigned. · Prior Management experience in a service, based industry 2 Years Minimum.
· Roofing experience in repairs installation (3 years)
· Ability to stay flexible on a day-to-day basis with scheduling and efficient travel plans.
· Strong personal and professional skills to build teams and focus on the essential needs of customers while prioritizing company expectations.
· Ability to accommodate customers From Waco to San Antonio
· Ability to manage time effectively to accomplish daily/weekly goals.
· Ability to communicate effectively via Outlook, phone conversations and text, in a timely manner.
· Tech-proficient in Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation (i.e. Permits, Job Profit Report, Travel Receipts, Fuel Receipts, Equipment Rentals, Material Receipts, etc.)
· Report and escalate issues to management as required.
· Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
