The Roofing Project Manager oversees all phases of roofing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. They coordinate between sales teams, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain a smooth workflow, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
•Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of roofing projects (commercial and/or residential) from start to finish.
•Review project specifications, contracts, and scopes of work prior to project start.
•Order and schedule delivery of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
•Ensure all projects meet OSHA and company safety standards; conduct regular site inspections.
•Manage project budgets, approve purchase orders, and control project costs.
•Coordinate and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship.
•Serve as primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and updates.
•Handle change orders, unforeseen conditions, and project adjustments efficiently.
•Monitor and document project progress with daily reports, photos, and client communications.
•Work closely with sales, estimating, and accounting teams to ensure proper project documentation and billing.
•Conduct final inspections and ensure completion of punch list items to secure customer satisfaction.
•Foster positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, clients, and internal team members.
•Stay current with industry best practices, materials, methods, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•3+ years of project management experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingles, TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.) and installation techniques.
•Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
•Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
•OSHA 30 Certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
•Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
•Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Working knowledge of CRM software systems.
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to walk on roofs, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
•Ability to navigate active construction sites safely.
