As a Onsite Project Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality roofing installations while delivering a 5-star customer experience. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for both the installation crews and customers throughout each project.
Be onsite at job sites from project start to completion, ensuring work quality and adherence to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized job site while addressing any customer questions or concerns.
Act as the primary liaison between the production team and customers, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters positive online reviews and referrals.
Coordinate with installation crews to ensure timely project completion.
Obtain necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities.
Utilize CRM systems for job tracking and documentation (experience with CRM software is a plus).
Experience in the construction or roofing industry (required).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - with occasional Saturdays
Work Location: Primarily on job sites (not remote).
Relocation Requirement: Must be local to Hilton Head area, before starting work.
