Roofing Site Supervisor

English Roofing LLC is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our team as Site Supervisor. Primary responsibilities of this position are to assist the Field Manager with the execution and coordination of day to day residential home improvement projects. Will be responsible for site prep, maintenance and proper safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the project manager in getting work done. Pick-up trailers, count stock, restock trailers. You will essentially be supervising multiple types of jobs. Anything from siding, windows and door, to roofs. The main role for this position is read work orders, restock the trailers, return materials, and ensure that all items on the work order are completed at the end of the job and that quality remains the top priority.

Requirements are:

Insurance requires 26 years or older to be a driver.

Climb roofs comfortably, be mindful of safety, lift heavy bundles of shingles, wake up early, stay late, and potentially work some Saturdays for additional pay.

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT/CARRY MINIMUM OF 80lbs WITHOUT ASSISTANCE

Manual labor will be required: Small repairs, use of power tools/ manual tools, moving, lifting, carrying objects.

MUST be able to climb ladder and ascend roofs

Other Duties as Required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with roofing materials

Valid Drivers License

Excellent communication skills

Bilingual an asset not required

Roofing Experience a Plus

Must be organized and detail oriented

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Must be eligible to work in the US
