About This Job
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing construction and repair for residential and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in all phases of project management and will possess the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and crews effectively. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
•
Manage all phases of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with the required level of professionalism and stellar quality.
•
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
•
Oversee the preparation of project schedules and budgets, including construction estimating.
•
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
•
Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities.
•
Restore areas as necessary during the project to meet quality standards.
•
Maintain clear communication with all regarding project status and any issues that arise.
Experience
•
Proven experience in project management within the roofing industry is essential.
•
Strong knowledge of roof construction and repair processes.
•
Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
•
Experience in reading blueprints and performing construction estimating as well as procuring the needed materials for each job.
•
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing on-time high-quality work while strictly adhering to industry safety standards.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration.
