Duties

- Install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops

- Use hand tools and power tools to secure panels in place

- Connect panels to electrical systems following the National Electrical Code (NEC)

- Install fixtures and perform wiring for solar systems

- Build mounting structures and frames for solar panels

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation processes

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines throughout the installation process

Experience

- 2+ Years of experience in solar installation or related field required

- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques

- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)

- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Note: Forklift experience and low voltage knowledge are a plus, but not required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
