Shaw Solar is the leading solar contractor in SW Colorado. We specialize in the design an installation of solar and energy storage systems for residential and commercial clients, and do it with matchless expertise and customer service.

We are proud to be a Certified B-Corp experiencing deliberate growth, we thus are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer — or a Licensed Electrician excited about the solar field — to join our team!

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in solar panel installation or electrical work is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.

- Basic knowledge of construction methods.

- Experience in operation of heavy equipment (Telehandlers, Mini-Ex, Forklift) also a plus.

- Ability to work at heights, lift 60 lbs comfortably, and work on the roof in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Excellent team work skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Commitment to safety and the ability to set and follow safety guidelines rigorously.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Schedule:

- 4 x 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday
