Solar Roof Installer (Watt Pay)

Functions & Responsibilities:

- Installs conduit for attic and roof worksites.

- Maintains excellent lines of communication.

- Ensures accuracy of your own time.

- Performs all installation duties.

- Follows Construction Job Flow Procedures.

- Follows instructions of the Roof Lead.

- Performs Installations with the highest level of craftsmanship and workmanship.

- Maintains knowledge of code.

- Uses the proper safety equipment for safe installation practices as directed.

- Participates in required training programs.

- Ensures attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older for this position.

- Ensure attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and safety.

- Efficient and Productive work ethic.

- Must be able to work in the outdoor environment.

- Must be comfortable working on one, two, and three story residential roofs.

Physical Requirements

- Must be able to walk, bend, squat, and lift 60 pounds.

- Ability to climb ladders and work with site assessment equipment while on elevated platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
