Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced roofing solar panel installer to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have proven roofing experience, knowledge of solar panel installation practices, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on residential rooftops.

Responsibilities

- Install solar panel systems on residential roofs (shingle, metal and flat) according to project specifications.

- Perform roofing work, including tear-offs, underlayment, flashing, and roof repairs as needed.

- Safely handle tools, ladders and harness equipment in compliance with OSHA standards.

- Read and interpret project plans, layouts and specifications.

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of verifiable roofing experience. Solar installation experience strongly preferred.

- Comfort working at heights and on steep/varied roof types.

- Knowledge of construction safety protocols.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions in all seasons and weather.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
