We are currently hiring Robotic Welding Operators to join our growing team in Calgary. As a key member of our Fabrication Division, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding systems to produce high-quality welded components that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Available Shift:

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

- Operate and monitor robotic welding cells to ensure consistent, high-quality welds

- Load and unload components, verifying alignment and proper fit before welding

- Adjust programs and perform basic robot teaching for various weld sequences

- Inspect finished welds for accuracy, appearance, and compliance with specifications

- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues

- Collaborate with supervisors and fitters to optimize production flow

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You Bring:

- Previous experience operating robotic or automated welding equipment

- Basic understanding of GMAW and FCAW welding principles

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts considered an asset

- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and safety
