Tarpon Specialty Services is expanding in Birmingham, AL and seeking skilled RMD Pipe Welders to join our high-performance fabrication team of specialists. You’ll work on industrial and modular projects where precision, safety, and weld quality come first.

- Execute RMD root passes and Flux-Cored fill/cap welds on pipe

- Interpret blueprints and WPS accurately

- Inspect welds for conformance and maintain records

- Support continuous improvement and team safety culture

Qualifications:

- Proven RMD & FCAW pipe welding experience

- 5G/6G proficiency a plus

- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
