We focus on the design, fabrication, and installation of custom metal components including pipe supports, structural skids, tanks, platforms, stairways, and more, working primarily with aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform precision welding on aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel materials.

- Execute MIG and TIG welding, including pipe welding and structural welding to fabrication drawings and codes.

- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical shop drawings.

- Perform layout and fit-up for pipe spools, platforms, tanks, skidded systems, and other metal assemblies.

- Grind, cut, and finish welded parts as needed to meet quality and dimensional standards.

- Conduct in-process checks to ensure weld quality, joint integrity, and dimensional accuracy.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with shop leads and project teams to meet deadlines and customer specifications.

Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 2 years of welding experience in a fabrication or industrial setting.

- Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding, particularly with carbon steel and stainless steel.

- Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and fabrication drawings.

- Skilled in layout, fit-up, and assembly techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various positions.

- Reliable attendance and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

- Experience in the waterworks, wastewater treatment, or municipal infrastructure industry.

- Familiarity with pipe welding, skidded equipment, and structural welding.

- Forklift certification or experience operating overhead cranes and material handling equipment.

- Welding certifications (AWS or similar) are a plus.
