We’re hiring experienced RMD Pipe Welders for ongoing industrial and fabrication work in Baton Rouge. Tarpon Specialty Services is known for precision, safety, and long-term project stability. If you’re a welder who can deliver clean RMD roots and solid Flux-Cored fill/caps, we want to hear from you.

- Weld high-spec pipe using RMD and FCAW methods

- Read blueprints and ensure dimensional accuracy

- Maintain a clean, safe work area

- Verify your own welds meet visual and NDT standards

Requirements:

- Solid experience with RMD & FCAW welding on carbon steel pipe

- Knowledge of fit-up and WPS

- Dependable and quality-focused
