Lanracorp, Inc. is a growing vegetation management and right‑of‑way services company serving utilities, pipelines, industrial sites, solar facilities, and municipalities. We are hiring motivated, safety‑minded individuals to join our field operations team across multiple locations.We are currently hiring for a variety of field roles, including:

- Laborers

- Operators

- Spray Technicians

- Foremen / Crew Leads

(Exact role will depend on experience, certifications, and location.)Pay Scale (Based on Experience & Role)

- Laborer: $16 – $25/hour

- Operator / Equipment Operator: $18 – $29/hour

- Spray Technician (licensed or working toward license): $20 – $29/hour

- Foreman / Crew Lead: $22 – $32+/hourPay is determined by experience, certifications (CDL, spray license), and position. Opportunities for advancement and wage increases are available.
