This is a grant-funded position to support implementation of Restorative Justice practices within the school community.
- Build a strong school culture of achievement and respect based on principles of Restorative Justice.
- Collaborate with other school leaders to assess and further develop implementation of the Restorative Justice Program.
- Provide coaching and professional development on classroom management, classroom culture and restorative practices.
- Manage student intervention referrals.
- Serve as liaison between parents, staff and students when managing student discipline issues and intervention plans.

To Be Successful at This Job, You'll Need To: (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in education or relevant field.
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely in written and oral communication.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators, staff parents, students.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to use technology, i.e., internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Student Data Management Software.

- Experience facilitating restorative practice interventions with youth, families and adults.
