As a Residential Lead Carpenter, you'll bring hands-on expertise to manage key phases of residential projects, from layout to finishing touches. You'll work closely with the Project Supervisor, interpreting plans to execute framing, cabinetry, and the installation of trim. Leading by example in safety and craftsmanship, you'll tackle punch list items, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and precision.
