Our projects primarily consist of Residential remodeling including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, interior rooms, whole house remodeling, exteriors, and Addition projects.

- Full Time 4-10s, Monday – Thursday 8am-6pm, 3 day weekends off

- Competitive compensation based on experience, base pay between $28-35 an hour based on employed industry experience. Total compensation with benefits $35-45 an hour.

- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a carpenter, employed in the industry

- Knowledge of Remodeling and construction trades, practices, procedures, techniques, equipment, materials, and applicable building codes

Tasks to be performed:

- Manage the daily onsite production of the assigned project including client interactions

- labor scheduling, trade scheduling, material planning

- jobsite organization, inspections, and quality control

- Provide onsite direction to trades and in house staff when applicable

- Communicating with manager regarding onsite needs with tools and materials

- Setting up Jobsites, Cleaning up Jobsites

- Demolition, framing with wood or metal (of floors, walls, ceiling, & Roofs)

- Firestopping, insulation

- Drywall, drywall finishing, painting

- Millwork, base, shoe, casing, interior doors, crown, cabinetry

- Tile, tile showers, hard surface floor coverings

- Entry doors, windows

- Occasional siding and roofing with some additions & remodels.

- Occasional excavation, concrete, and masonry with some additions & remodels

- Basic plumbing and electrical skills needed to perform demolition tasks or minor finish tasks.

- Operate equipment and vehicles

- Use of power tools, saws, pneumatic nailers

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
