- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a carpenter, employed in the industry
- Outgoing and enjoys interacting with clients and helping others
- Adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-moving environment, and meet deadlines
- Handle high volume of information on projects and stay organized accordingly
- Able to effectively communicate with clients and transfer information with the team
- Use ladders and extension ladders as required
- Work on heights & roofs when required up to 45 feet
- Skills in coaching & supporting team members
- Knowledge of Remodeling and construction trades, practices, procedures, techniques, equipment, materials, and applicable building codes
- Manage the daily onsite production of the assigned project including client interactions
- Provide onsite direction to trades and in house staff when applicable
- Communicating with manager regarding onsite needs with tools and materials
- Demolition, framing with wood or metal (of floors, walls, ceiling, & Roofs)
- Millwork, base, shoe, casing, interior doors, crown, cabinetry
- Tile, tile showers, hard surface floor coverings
- Occasional siding and roofing with some additions & remodels.
- Occasional excavation, concrete, and masonry with some additions & remodels
- Basic plumbing and electrical skills needed to perform demolition tasks or minor finish tasks.
- Use of power tools, saws, pneumatic nailers
