Lead Carpenter

Responsibilities:

- Assist carpenters with various tasks on construction sites

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

- Perform general maintenance person duties such as caulking, painting, and drywall repair

- Assist with the installation of siding and other building materials

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a carpenter helper or in a related field is preferred

- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
