Lead Carpenter

Join us in building high-end residential remodeling projects in the Seattle area. Work with a team of people who are passionate about building with a high level of craftsmanship and professionalism.

Who we are:

· We are a local, family owned business that has been going strong for 25 years

· We are a small, but tight group, with easy going and approachable staff

· Pay Range: $30 - $55/hr. and upward DOE, with medical/dental/vision insurance/401 and paid vacation available

Ideally, you have:

· Experience with and/or interest in all phases of remodeling construction, including framing and general carpentry, demo, waterproofing, window and door installation, finish work, cabinetry construction and installation.

· Ability to read plans and basic understanding of construction processes, including a cursory knowledge of local building codes

· Fully tooled up with vehicle

· The ability to follow job site rules, with a commitment to safety

· Are presentable and professional

· The ability to create and keep respected relationships with coworkers, architects, clients and subcontractors.

· Experience or interest in installing window covering systems

· Have experience with software similar to T Sheets and Expensify for timecard and expense reporting
