Lead Carpenter Wanted - Join Our Construction Team!
Are you a seasoned Lead Carpenter with a drive to make an impact in both residential and commercial construction? Join Cliff Thorn Construction and lead a talented crew to create exceptional projects!
Responsibilities:
•
Perform quality carpentry work across residential and commercial projects.
•
Coordinating with in-house Labor Manager to ensure workflow efficiency.
•
Managing work assignments and supervising carpenters and laborers.
•
Inspecting completed work to meet quality standards and building codes.
•
Enforce safety protocols and proactively address on-site challenges.
Requirements:
•
Extensive knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
•
Proficient with a variety of hand tools.
•
Proficient with blueprints and construction drawings.
•
Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills with an eye for details.
•
OSHA certification is a plus.
