Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Residential Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our team in executing high-end residential landscape and hardscape installations. You’ll oversee all aspects of project execution, from interpreting design plans to managing crew members, while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. While 3-5 years of residential landscape experience with supervisory responsibilities is preferred, we’re committed to mentoring the right candidate with a strong work ethic and leadership potential. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a leadership position, and can interact with clients and team members in a professional, respectful manner.
This is a full-time, year-round position with no seasonal layoffs. During the winter months, Foremen will assist with shop and equipment maintenance and lead snow removal and deicing operations for residential clients, ensuring steady employment throughout the year.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
•3-5 years of professional residential landscape construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
•Strong knowledge of high-end landscape design, hardscape installation, plant materials, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting.
•Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and other landscaping equipment preferred.
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints.
•Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for extended periods of time.
•Positive attitude, eagerness to mentor others, and a commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Teamwork
•Lead a residential landscape crew to complete high-end residential projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
•Foster a positive, team-first culture by mentoring crew members, promoting open communication, and maintaining a professional attitude.
•Interact with homeowners and clients in a polite, respectful, and professional manner to ensure their vision is realized.
Project Execution & Job Site Management
•Execute high-end residential hardscape and softscape installations, including custom patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, water features, planting, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting.
•Interpret blueprints, site plans, and design specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
•Operate and train crew on equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and other tools (experience preferred, but training provided).
•Uphold strict safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Equipment & Materials Management
•Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
•Track material usage, manage inventory, and monitor job progress using our mobile app.
•Coordinate job site logistics, material deliveries, and scheduling to keep projects on track and within budget.
Winter Responsibilities – Year-Round Stability
•Assist with shop and equipment maintenance during the off-season.
•Perform snow removal and deicing work during winter events to maintain client properties.
