Hardscape/Landscape Construction Foreman

This is not an entry-level position, must have 3+ years experience! This is a physical position working in the field with no office time.

Glacier Landscape is seeking Hardscape Project Managers, Full-Time, 30 to 50 Hours Per Week Mornings and Afternoons-Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)Minimum Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, enjoy working indoors, outdoors and have excellent customer service skills. Having several years of experience in hardscape, landscape and a CDL is a plus. This is a Supervisory level position and requires prior experience in managing. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Job Duties: Landscape Project Managers must be able to work with other project managers, office staff and field employees in regards to projects.

Duties include; Ability to supervise a crew of 3-5 people. Must have start to finish experience in prepping and laying brick patios, retaining walls, and other landscape structures. Experience using dump trucks, trailers, and loaders, ability to fill out paperwork, and keep track of materials used. Follow-up and self-motivation is necessary for this position. Must be a self-starter who is used to taking the lead and managing people in a positive and friendly manner. Experience in hardscapes and water features is necessary. This position must maintain an outstanding level of customer service.
