Commercial and Residential Construction Foreman

Job Description

Construction/Maintenance company looking to hire a Construction Foreman with basic knowledge in most construction trades. Job requires knowledge of maintaining a budget and proposal work. Construction Foreman must have good communication skills with customers. Foreman is responsible for scheduling and training 3-6 person crew. The foreman makes sure crew members have the tools to do the job and that the crew represents the company in the best possible light.

Other duties of the foreman:

Meets with client to discuss jobs.

Daily checks out company vehicles and monitors/logs mileage and gas usage of company vehicles.

Goes to job and sets up on special circumstances.

Follows up on job performance to ensure quality workmanship.

Conducts safety meeting once or twice a month.

References required. Salary depends on experience. Job is Monday through Friday - 40 hours a week

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
