Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, lawn care, and groundskeeping. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

•

Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crews to ensure effective execution of landscape projects.

•

Maintain and manage landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.

•

Build and install various landscape features such as gardens, patios, and walkways.

•

Train team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.

•

Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to project specifications.

•

Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.

•

Manage inventory of landscaping materials and equipment, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working order.

Requirements

•

5 years experience in landscape maintenance or related field is essential.

•

Must have valid drivers license

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a diverse team effectively.

•

Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, and garden design principles.

•

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.

•

Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.48 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
