ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Lead a crew in performing landscape enhancement tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, seasonal color installation, and turf renovation.
•Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
•Ensure work is performed to company standards and in accordance with customer specifications.
•Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
•Answer questions and offer knowledgeable advice about landscape maintenance and plant care.
•Monitor job progress and report any issues or delays to supervisors.
•Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
•Complete daily reports, time sheets, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
•Commit the hours necessary to make sure the job is done to satisfaction; this may include weekends and/or holidays
•Maintain a clean appearance and conform to the Weller Brothers dress code.
•Willingness to learn new techniques and installation practices.
•Assist in maintaining all company equipment.
•Assist with Snow Removal in the Winter Season.
•Follow all policies as specified in the Team Member Handbook.
•Make decisions that are in the best interest of the company.
•Other duties needed to help drive and fulfill the Weller Brothers Mission.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
•Strong communication skills.
•Timely input of hours on LMN software to ensure accurate payroll processing.
•Detail-oriented, with considerable attention to order and cleanliness.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and team members.
•Strong attention to detail
•Experience installing soft scapes, such as edging, mulch, rock, plants, trees and sod.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
•Minimum of two-years experience in industry or related field.
•Must be 18 years or older
•Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Team members must be able to perform the following tasks during a typical 8+hour day.
SEDENTARY WORK: Lifting up to 10#; occasionally lifting or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Work essentially involves sitting and is considered sedentary if only a small amount of walking and standing is necessary to carry out duties.
LIGHT WORK: Lifting up to 20#, frequently lifting of carrying objects up to 10#. Work is classified light if it requires walking or standing to a significant degree (regardless of weight lifted) or involves sitting most of the time with a degree or pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls.
LIGHT MEDIUM WORK: Lifting up to 30#; frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20#.
MEDIUM WORK: Lifting up to 50#; frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 25#.
LIGHT HEAVY WORK: Lifting up to 80#; frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 45#.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Specific schedules will be determined based on weather and general needs of the business.
The primary responsibility of the Enhancement Foreman is to lead and carry out a variety of tasks related to the growth, maintenance, and care of all types of plants and landscapes across diverse settings. This role also involves delivering exceptional client service by assisting clients promptly and courteously, answering questions, and providing relevant information as needed. All duties must be performed safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
