RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION/SERVICE MANAGER

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer Supervisor/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

* As an Install Manager, you will be responsible for working in the field to supervise and assist in the installing, diagnosing and repairing a full array of heating and air conditioning units.

*You will oversee the training and efficiency of all company installers.

*A minimum of 7 years of experience installing & servicing residential heating and air conditioning systems

*Experience in FAU, AC, Ductless, & Heat Pumps.

*Working knowledge of thermodynamics with air conditioning/refrigeration operation, knowledge with electrical control circuits, ladder diagrams, and troubleshooting.

*Competent in brazing, soldering, basic pipe fitting, and understanding refrigerant circuit diagrams.

*The ideal candidate will possess great customer service skills, a great attitude, and be a team player, be very self-motivated.

*Clean DMV and current driver license.

*Can work independently with a "hands-on" attitude.

*Professional appearance.

*Good communication skills and be a team player.

*Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.

*Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance, maintenance needs, and recommendations for improvements.

*Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

*Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions for repairs.

*Background Check required
