Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to oversee our company's daily field operations, as well as plan and design HVAC systems for new installations. The ideal candidate must have technical HVAC installation design experience and will be responsible for ensuring pre-planning of the install, operational efficiency, implementing strategic plans, and leading the team towards achieving business objectives. Responsibilities: - Execute strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability - Manage on-site communication, resource allocation, goal setting, cost reduction and quality control - Lead and mentor a team of contractors to hit installation goals - Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions with the support of the Operations Manager - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve business goals - Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion and quality delivery Qualifications: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team - Have an HVAC license and EPA certificate - Proficiency in project management, and process improvement techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
