We also provide turnkey decommissioning and demolition services as a general contractor for facilities with ASME vessels, including flaring, purging, dismantling, environmental remediation [above surface], and site restoration. Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, and customer-focused Entry-Level Research & Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. No prior experience in the industry is needed—we’re seeking someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
-Phone experience including cold calling, this role involves making calls daily
-Ability to manage various tasks
-Strong teamwork capabilities
-Ability to multi-task and prioritizing abilities
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Internet experience.
-Part-time hours: 9-5 daily / 4 days a week
