Dent Impact is seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Technicians, also known as Drilling Analysts, to join our team at our client's in-house office in Anchorage, Alaska. This role combines data management and real-time operational oversight during drilling and completions activities, working closely with the Client Engineering team.
Vigilantly monitor real-time (RT) operations across Client rig lines, documenting and cataloging specific events for future use.
Verify incoming data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and assisting with quality control.
Design and build Power BI dashboards and other visualization tools to present data effectively.
Capture and document notable operational events such as pressure tests, liner/packer sets, and cement jobs.
Organize and manage watch parties for critical operations, ensuring relevant participants are included and data is properly displayed.
Regularly use and update tools such as the End of Section Report, ECD Tracker, Awesome excel sheets built by the team and Pressure Test Recording.
Undertake various data projects, ranging from extracting specific well data to conducting in-depth analyses within WellView.
Develop new methods and tools for data analysis to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
