Description of work:
Assist category managers and field personnel on reviewing, verifying and confirming accuracy of billing submissions and ensuring billing is in compliance with contracts. This position will require managing relationships with suppliers, providing feedback and training to suppliers, as well as communicating and updating suppliers on billing issues in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, data quality verification and analyzing GPS reports for billing accuracy. Additional responsibilities will include creating reports using data from OpenTicket to track progress and compliance.
Requirements:
•Ability to work as a team player
•Oil and gas industry experience preferred
•Self-motivated with great attention to detail
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Experience with accounts payable software (Open Invoice &/or Open Ticket)
•Experience with GPS reports
•Strong analytical skills with knowledge of excel
•Knowledge of contracts (MSSA’s, Commercial Terms, etc.)
Daily Tasks:
•Actively review daily billing from suppliers for data and quantity accuracy (OpenInvoice and OpenTicket)
•Communicate with category managers and field personnel on compliance issues
•Focus on continuing positive relationship with suppliers by proactively training on billing issues
•Provide regular reports to update status of compliance role benefits
This position has possibility for hybrid or remote. Training must be completed in person in OKC. This is anticipated to be a 6 month assignment but may be extended.
