Position Summary
As a Regulatory Analyst Associate at Oncor, you’ll assist in implementation of the programs for the control and processing of information required to be filed with various regulatory authorities including Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), Federal Energy Reliability Council (FERC), Department of Energy (DOE), municipalities and provide regulatory support to other groups within External Affairs organization.
Key Responsibilities
•Performs all essential functions and aspects of the job including any other specific job requirements.
•Monitors regulatory activities and provides routine follow-up as assigned to ensure compliance with all appropriate regulatory authority rules and regulations.
•Research, compile, analyze, and disseminate regulatory data required to support Company management, attorneys and Company consultants in regulatory proceedings.
•Coordinate and support compliance to Company policies and procedures.
•File reports and documents with regulatory authorities including PUCT, FERC, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Transportation (DOT) and municipalities as required.
•Supports rate case activities and other Company proceedings in order to comply with regulatory authority rules as well as to meet the needs of Company management.
•Occasionally work after normal working hours.
•Other duties may be assigned, directly or through others.

Education & Experience
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant experience required.
